

 The ICs on our Zs have the air inlet and outlet on the same side. Seen some simulated flow patterns and read some discussions that claim 80% of the air goes through just 20% of the IC because of the placement of the ports. Above are some "cross flow" examples. Putting the ports on the same side is still done by several OEMs, in fact, I believe the GTR's ICs are that way. I wonder if there is any advantage to cross flow or does the air not care?
